I was hoping to have the hat for a race I was doing Saturday June 15th, but didn't place my order in time. We placed a t-shirt order that came in early, so I was hoping for (but not expecting) the same for the hat...however I know embroidery can take longer depending on how it is done and machine availability. Very pleased w/ the t-shirt (a friend placed the order) and the hat. Will buy from again and recommend to others. BTW the shipping time noted was the shipping time it took to get to me so very accurate on the delivery time.

The only issue is that when we ordered we requested rush service and paid the $25.00 extra. When we received the email confirmation the next day, it did not indicate the rush service or the extra $25. I called and the girl said that they were having issues with that and she would take care of it. She did. Other than that, great experience. Shirts turned out wonderful and now that I know you're there, we'll order from you again!

It's a little difficult to determine which and how many colors to select when uploading an image. I'm not sure if anyone on BC's end verifies that the correct colors were chosen or the correct amount of colors, but it would be better on the customer's end if when an image was uploaded, it automatically told you which colors were included in the picture, and then possibly allowed the user to reduce the number of colors for price considerations. Other than that, quality of product and service are second to none!

I would prefer to have more input with the art department before the design is printed. The colors on the website are not very clear. All the computers in our office see all the dark colors as black - navy, forrest green, and chocolate brown all look like the black.
