The design tool was fun and easy with the exception of assigning the color choices to my existing logo. I would have preferred more color choices or perhaps not have to pick my own color matches. Perhaps the technology could be improved to color match the existing images by computer as one finds in a paint store. The calls and emails from the Blue Cotton employees did give me confidence that my order was considered important even though it was relatively small. I appreciate the individual service and attention. Thanks. We love the results and will be returning to Blue Cotton.

Customer service was terrific. They contacted me to resize the logo to the best fit, without me even asking! Very pro-active.

I love your tools, and most everything about Blue Cotton, but it seemed the dimensions of my last printings were slightly smaller than what I tried to order. It might have been my mistake, but I measured the name I requested on my shirt which was DAVE and it was printed slightly smaller than the measurements I requested which I though maxed out your online side to side dimensions. On my next order, I will order it and then call in to a Blue Cotton rep to make sure they agree with my calculations. Now matter what I love Blue Cotton for all the great hoodies and long sleeve shirts I have gotten there.

The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of an incomplete order the first run and I think follow through could be more improved upon i.e. double checking for accuracy before shipment and within 24 hours of product receipt. (i.e. call client to ensure product was correct and received on time). Adam with the art department was excellent and follow through there was fantastic, he got the correct designs and was very efficient. The error I had was promptly corrected in an expedient way and I did receive the correct order in time as promised and I really thought the work and printing quality was excellent. I would order again, I just think customer service could be a little more proactive but they were very nice and did resolve the problem :)
