You made the corrections necessary and sent me the better product, but two for two has me wondering what to expect when/if I place another order. Question two is more along the lines of a maybe (not offered as an answer) because of this. I want to believe I can count on you guys for future products, but I''m honestly not 100% confident there won''t be any issues. I do have to say that your customer service has been good in that you have made the corrections in order to deliver a good product to me. That does count for a lot."

"These are the only shirts that have a nice for. The sleeves done shrink and don''t have that ''flaps up'' look that most shirts have. They are very soft. Only complaint is that different colors have different variation in size. Some could be significant. Also the fabric is very thin and great for summer but may be too thin for durability. "

I was guaranteed that I would have my shirts by Oct. 30th. I must say that your customer service team needs some work. They kept saying they couldn''t help me and that they could refund me. It wasn''t until I spoke to the manger that actions were made. I shouldn''t have been stressed and I shouldn''t have had to go and purchase more items to make my costume work. I was thrilled with the final product and your site is awesome. I was just thrown off by the basic customer service abilities. Typically one would try to figure out a way to resolve and make it work and not just suggest a refund. I ended up loosing several hours of billable time, due to a mistake that was made at Blue Cotton. They should have refunded me for the express shipping cost and resolved the problem. "
