"I am pleased overall with the item that I ordered, and would definitely purchase from this company again. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of an obvious miscommunication between the online customer service rep and the embroidery dept. I had spoken to the online customer service rep several times (via e-mail) about the text I wanted and where I wanted it embroidered after I had run into problems during the design phase on their web-site. I was assured that the information would be sent to the embroidery dept, but when I received my item, it wasn''t on the back like I had asked, but was on the right chest area, and no explaination was given as to why."
