"I paid $25 for fast delivery by Dec. 23 for a Christmas present for a relative from out of state. I received an email on Dec. 24 with questions on my order. Because of it being shipped late, I requested a refund for the additional $25 I paid for shipping and for the shipping address to be changed to the ricipient''s address in another state. The $25 charge, which I was told would be refunded, has not been refunded. The order was sent to the original address and I had to resend it to the recipient personally. Their tardiness and lack of attention ruined a decades-long holiday tradition. I will not be using or recommending BlueCotton in the future."

"I like the hat a lot. I have a lot of hats, and I would say this hat material is thin - but I like that. Especially for summer. It has just enough give in it for those like me who don''t want a hat to get wrinkled and sometimes do if the hat is made of a thick material. I had embroidery put on the front and back and it turned out great. Honestly for the price (I ordered a single item only) you never know what you are going to get for a great price even though it was one item. But it is wonderful. No disappointment here on my part."
