I would say the 3x fits more like a shrunken 2x. I hope it doesnt shrink. The neck hole is ridiculously small and way too tight, especially for a 3x."

Customer service is excellent. There was a small problem with this much of the printing on one of the sweatshirts, and they sent out a new one right away. "
