Custom 2700 Gildan Sleeveless Tee

"I struggle to complete this review due to mixed emotions regarding my experience. I placed my order and was assured via email that it would arrive in time for our vacation departure. The order arrived on time but it was missing a shirt. The packing slip indicated the shirt was missing and would be backordered. I found this to be extremely frustrating since I had reached via email and explained the importance of the order arriving in time. I truly felt that someone should have notified me that the shirt would be missing so that I may have changed the shirt color, size, or style in order to receive it on time and with the rest of the order. As soon as I received the order I called and spoke with Brenda. She was extremely helpful and patient as a vented my frustration. She interestingly enough was able to locate the shirt and had it shipped that same day for arrival to an alternate address. The shirts I ordered were to have printing on the front and back of the shirts. In addition to the missing shirt, one of the shirts I received did not have the printing on the back so that too is extremely disappointing. Although the product and printing outcome met our expectations, the incorrect printing on one shirt and the "backorder" of another created a great deal of stress and was quite time consuming when I was trying to wrap up errands and packing for our trip. We still have one shirt without the back printed and we will live with that. Having said all of this, I do commend Brenda on her handling of the situation and ultimately providing a satisfactory solution and maintaining a positive decorum. Thank you Brenda for all your help! "
